DELL Poweredge 420 SATA

Hi,
I've an open question with Acronis from December, 2004.
My problem is that in all of my Poweredge 420 with the SATA controller hang as I launch Acronis (when it check the drive).
I've called Dell for other problem and I've asked about this. They said me that Dell (Italy) use Acronis except for some server, because in some servers the drive of the SATA is personalized from Dell and Acronis have problem with these drives.
Some other have this problem and/or have heared about this?

Please try the "acpi=off noapic" workaround and if it doesn't help create the sysinfo.txt and send to support@acronis.com along with the description of the error (please see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the instructions).
