Delete Webroot Account

Hi All

This may sound pedantic, but I prefer to springclean (delete) those online accounts I'm no longer using. I used to have a WSA licence which expired early this year and now I would like to remove my account - however Webroot are unable to do so.

I've never had this problem with other AV suppliers.

Webroot's only advice is to reduce permissions to the account (i.e. PC security. Mobile security, etc.) - but that's pretty moot if I'm the only user.

Any advice?

 

We're looking into this internally to see what options we have to fully delete an account here. We'll get back in touch with you as soon as we have a solution on our side!
