delete old backup files automatically ?

Hi, I love Trueimage : ) I have just one problem, I made a backup location and told TI to store only 7 backups. So I expect TI to delete the latest backup everyday, but it doesn´t, I simply get a backup viloation quota error and the backup stops. When I delete the last files manually it does what it is supposed to do til...... well the 7 backups are full are on the disk in the Buckup Location

Can you please clarify the exact title of the program and the build number? First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products.

First of all please make sure you created backup location (Create and Configure Backup Locations -> Create Backup Location -> follow the wizard instructions to complete backup location, e.g. you may use one of your partitions). Then you will see a window with backup rules (you may specify location size quota, maximum number of backups, storage period limits).

When backup location is created you will be eligible for backup policy. Click Operation -> Schedule Task -> Select Backup Type -> In Backup Archive Location completely unfold Backup Location folder and choose previously created backup location (in folder line you will see “No file name is required in this area”), click next and you will see backup policy window.
