    Ironic how all the advances in networking and now surveillance have reduced us back to the dark ages of RS232.
    I'm hoping this will all be instantiated in a rather more practical package involving some Raspberry Pis, using the GPIO or something. Sounds like a nice little project for some student group.

    That's on my list. I got side-tracked by learning how to measure RF leakage. I'm no EE :(
