i just purchased defender pro anti virus it wont install all of it it wont work
can somebody help
Email them, you probably have a dead license key. Go to the website and into the support section, there's a contact form there.
it says no key file found

Go to here: http://22.214.171.124/email.asp It's the contact for them, fill in problem, give ALL details at hand [date of purchase, any emails you have, etc].
I've also moved this thread to more appropriate section.
IF the form does not work then click on the 'Email Technical Support' at the very bottom of page.
I had the same thing happen when I installed Defender Pro on a friend's computer.
You have to contact someone as Tassie mentioned.
They sent a new key and that solved the problem.
i have the same problem with license key. I can't get anyone to answer me i have been trying for a week now. I have been using defender pro 5-1 for a year and then i recived this message that the firewall license had expired. Can't get any one to help me hope you have better luck
hey, the problem is that the program is only good for 12 months after that you need to get a "new" key, you can call them and buy it or your own "resources" to get it.

No.The problem is that the boxed versions are selling with expired keys.
How long this program sat on a shelf I don't know.But you definitely should expect a key that works or a free replacement key.
