decrypting program that using public/priv keys!!!

    hey everyone...
    iam working on a new theory of encryption and when i finish it i will put it in that usefull forum
    but i want to ask every one
    what is the percent and the ability to decrypt a msg that encrypted by a program that use a public and private/publick key and also password ?
    it is important for me
    i need a details and may be i put a sample msg enrypted by some program and try to decrypt it

    yes you are write but my domain is programming and network security and in another meaning white hat hacker
    so i need logical answer pls

    First go to college and get a PhD in discrete mathematics. Get proficient in combinatorics and number theory. Then go to work for a security company for a while with people who are expert cryptologists. And finally, years from now, you might be able to do what you are asking with a degree of competence.
