Hello, I am needing to deactivate my prevx license from my old computer and I noticed that several others have done this via this forum. However, the PM service is unavailable. How may I get in contact with a rep from PrevX to resolve this issue? I have tried to e-mail customer support several times and receive no answer. Thanks!
Hello, Can you please email your license key to report@prevxresearch.com? I'll fix it ASAP (today is a holiday in the UK so some of our customer service staff have the day off which is probably the reason for the delayed response).
