I have noticed that GRC Shields Up gave me this result

Results from scan of ports: 0-1055

    0 Ports Open
    3 Ports Closed
    1053 Ports Stealth
    ---------------------
    1056 Ports Tested

NO PORTS were found to be OPEN.

Ports found to be CLOSED were: 23, 25, 135

Other than what is listed above, all ports are STEALTH.

TruStealth: FAILED - NOT all tested ports were STEALTH,
    - NO unsolicited packets were received,
    - NO Ping reply (ICMP Echo) was received.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

    Should I worry?

Also, when I use Advance Port Scanner,

I can see port 135,139 and 445 always open. Even though I am using ZoneAlarm firewall with extreme security settings.

If you have Win 8.1, would you mind testing this for me?

    Kind Regards

They are not open... GRC report them closed. You are perfectly fine. You need to check your router settings to see if there is anything that can be tuned up as your router is filtering your inbound not ZA.

In the past I got some "closed" status instead "stealth". I solved the "problem" by forwarding all requests to that port to non-existent internal IP. Now I don't care anymore. As long as port is not open, everything is OK.
