I have Disk Director 10 and I get the following error on a laptop:

"E000101F4: Acronis Disk Director Suite has not found any hard drives."

It's a SATA hard drive so I don't understand why I would get this error. Is it because the SATA storage driver is not on the boot CD? If so, how can I get the driver on the boot CD?

    Thanks!

You can't add any drivers to the DD CD. The first thing I would try is the Safe Mode version of DD. It uses the BIOS to access the drives and can usually find them with the Full Mode (Linux-based) version can't.
