    The don't mention the new V-NAND 3D Flash from Samsung which just came on the market this quarter. 32-cell-deep layer stacking. Expect cost effective 1TB SSD in less than 6 months.

    Interesting but I do remember how many cassettes with a lot of good music on it got ruined back in the days. I remember the shock that I felt, never again. After that I switched to MiniDisc, I was really sad to see this tech die. But I think the future of consumer storage is definitely flash based storage like SSD's. :)
