Data recovery.

    Hi I need free data recovery tools that can run from bootable cdrom to recover deleted files from recycle bin. Any recommendation?

    Googling "data recovery" can get lots of hits.

    True, but even if you dont want to make ubcd for windows you can check out the links to the free tools plus there's a forum.

    EDIT. oops apologies did not read the first post, 'run from bootable cdrom'

    I found that UBCD4Win is not bad. So many useful tools inside. Any other that you know?

    Tons of Linux CDs. Among the most useful - Knoppix, Helix, SystemRescueCD.
