Data On Disc Backup

    Hey,

    I select the "My Data" backup and select the files I want to backup which are 2-3gb big in total, but it asks for a new disc to be put in the drive.

    Its empty and all is OK with it because my other backup software does it fine.

    Help!

    Please try leaving the disk tray open so Acronis True Image close it when starting the backup.

    You can find the detailed instructions on how to use Acronis True Image in the respective User's Guide.
