    I came across with this utility at Majorgeeks [the creator's web-site is foolishit.com] and watched a video of it at Youtube [ ---http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDiCk3Czl8s&feature=related--- ]

    The author aims its use to “advanced users” since in hands of newbies it could render your system inoperable. Its intended use is for malware removal.
    I'm quoting what the author says about it at his web-site:

    I downloaded it and ran it on VM and it really does what the author says.

    There might be an ongoing thread about it but since I used Wilders' Search function and it yielded nothing about D7, feel free to MERGE this post to that thread.
