I reinstalled Windows 7 64bit OS trying to recover from another problem. I was wrongly advised no data would be lost. I had to download Cypherix PE and finally discovered my cxl file. Now I need to plug in that cxl file after password opens drive window. I need to supply (plug in) my cxl number and have'nt discovered a way. I need advice! Yes I was backed up, but restore did not solve my problems.
