    Cyber security awareness is about as useful as the DHS terrorist threat level color codes.

    Not if done effectively. Most awareness training focuses on the technology. That's a mistake, it needs to focus on the user.

    ^^(And by the way, that's my answer to "how would you attempt to effectively describe security awareness in 300 seconds?")^^
