Currupted truecrypt columen / disk

Hallo
I have a big problem.
Today I reinstalled Win 8 and after I installed truecrypt I saw that the my incrypted colume was missing, tried to mount it with backup header (in the volumen and also my manuelly backed up ones)
Now I see the volume mounted but , Win is saying that the hdd must be formated ...

What can I do to rescue my data / best the whole disk at all.
At the moment Iam running testdisk on the non-mounted volume , hope he can repair my boot sectores .

Or is this wrong ?

Pls help me to get the hdd working agin , all proggs and so on are installed on it

Ah infos: Non system partition, have backup headers, and I can mount it
