Hi kardokristal,

I tried a sample exe file to check & Analyze it in Crystal X and it never finished analyzing even after 10 minutes. I don't know what was the issue and am I missing something here...

I'm using Windows 7 with SP1 (x64) and I was connected to the internet

I have also enclosed screenshot as attachment as well

Analyzing same file with other services (Valkyrie, CAMAS...) is working or same result is with other services too?

Is Re-analyze enabled or disabled under Settings?

Can you try again same file with VirusTotal? If behavior is same as you reported then please click 'Events'
then click 'Save log' and report your events here or via PM please.

I am trying Crystal X for the first time. In my screenshot I have tried to analyze 3 files. The results are typical of what I am seeing:
Virus Total - 1 of 3 gave detected results, 2 of 3 gave unknown results
Valkyrie - always unknown results
NictaTech - always unknown results
CAMAS - always failed results
File Intelligence - 1 of 3 gave unknown results, 2 of 3 gave safe results
These results are typical but I only showed 3 files in the attachment as that is what comfortably fits in the window. What am I doing wrong and what can I look for to try to fix this?

Thank you for your feedback!

Try this way:

1. Go to 'Settings' (click 'Settings' button)
2. Check 'Re-Analyze' checkbox
3. Click 'Apply'
4. Click 'Main'
5. Finally try to analyze file

If Re-Analyze option enabled while analyzing file, then you will see pop-up window for a second during upload process,
if pop-up window focus is not active then analyze process will fail and this mean that it is not recommended to do
other things like surfing etc. (if Re-Analyze is enabled).

If file is never analyzed with services like VirusTotal, Valkyrie... then you will see Unknown or Failed results but if Re-analyze is enabled then
Crystal X will upload file every time for analyzing.
