Critical services?

    Hi!

    Is there a list of critical services? I know that databases like SQL, Oracle, Exchange..., are critical, but is there a whole list?
    Which services must be stopped in generally?

    Hello --

    Generally you need to stop all somplex applications that radomly change data on your drive very fast (databases in most cases). It's hard to name all such applications, but if you have doubts, better stop it while the snapshot is being done. You can resume it after it.
