Credit Cards not working

    Hello,

    I tried to buy online a Webroot Antivirus license.

    It's an operation I've already done a lot of times, we have several licenses.

    This time data for both our CC have been rejected and I know that:

    - they are working, no problem buying in other sites

    - data submitted in the form were correct.

    What can I do in order to solve the problem?

    Support solved the thing.........it was the parsing of an optional field in the billing form.
