Credit Carder - A program for screwing with phishers

I hope this is not in poor taste, and / or deemed unsuitable for posting. My apologies if that is the case but I was just downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader Speedup (ARSU) version 1.36 and I noticed that there was a new program for download called Credit Carder. It has some useful features for merchants and program developers. It generates "real" credit card numbers. "Real" meaning consistent with credit card issuers, not actual credit card numbers of existing accounts. The author mentioned it could be used to have some fun with phishers, and I have to admit I love the idea. I believe it may even be possible that it could even serve to draw suspicion on phishers when they attempt to submit the information for payment.

I haven't really thought it through. It may be a reckless thing to do. Perhaps someone would care to comment?
