Creating TrueImage boot USB key?

Has anyone successfully created a bootable TrueImage USB flash drives?

Would much rather prefer to carry around a small USB flash drive instead of a CD.

The only thing I can tell you is that the current version of Acronis True Image doesn't support creation of bootable USB flash cards officially. However we do have such enhancement in our list.

We have tested it with the 128 Mb flash card (the model from Kingston) and it works. Please note that your mainboard should support booting from the USB devices.

So how did you go about getting your USB flash drive to boot with TI8?

Did you make an ISO and copy it to the drive somehow?

In order to create a bootable USB flash card please just put the card into your USB port and run Acronis bootable rescue media builder. You will be suggested to select your USB card.
