    Hi
First I should apologize for my weak English. I used partition manager to manipulate my partitions, after some progress it restarted system to do some work before booting windows os.
But in the middle of progress power intrupted. so my computer can`t boot now and need a recovery media.
Now the questions are 1.how can I provide a recovery disc? and 2.Does recovery disc can resume or rollback changes and repair my system?

    How to get Recovery CD:

    * Login to My Account (http://www.paragon-software.com/login) using your email and password from Paragon.
Note: if you don't remember your password, click "> Send Password" link.
    * Go to My Downloads section in My Account
    * If you have Professional version of Partition Manager,
download "Paragon Partition Manager - WinPE based Recovery CD Image".
    Then:
    - run saved *.exe file and follow the wizard to burn WinPE Recovery CD

If you have Personal version, download the installation package and install it temporary to another PC.
    Then:
    - run Partition manager in full scale
    - go to Tools - Recovery Media Builder
    - Select CD\DVD, Typical and burn the image.

    * Boot from created Recovery CD
(select Normal mode for Linux-based CD)
    * run Partition Manager and message to continue interrupted operation will appear.
    * Click Yes to continue.

When operation will be completed, eject the Cd, restart your PC .
    It should boot correctly.

So you mean that free version of partition manager can`t burn the recovery disc?

Free version has Linux-based CD. Use instructions for Personal version.

I already installed "Partition Manger free" and "Partition Manger Personal Demo" on a second system. but in first one there is not "build recovery media" entery in tools menu and in the second one this entry is not active, so I supposed this versions can`t build recovery media.
    Is this true?

Yes, the free PM version doesn't have bootable recovery media.

However, you are in luck , because the free B&R does. It is mainly for backup and restore of images, but it includes basic partitioning as well.

Free Backup Software: Paragon Backup & Recovery Free Advanced ...

Just d/l and install it - in the main window click Tools>Recovery media builder.
