Create Package Error

    hello,
    I need to create a custom Package. I do the correct configuration but when i try to save new package i get this error:
    "An error occurred during request to the server.(10021,4)"
    The operating system of the server is Windows 2000 Server.
    What can i do?

    Superb question.
    I am not trying to create a custom package. Just finish a tutorial.
    I am getting a "this file has incorrect format 10040,3" error when trying to complete the save of a/the dot-xml file. Still happy.

    What name are you using? Use only an alphanumeric package name (take out all slashes!)
