Create ISO image of Bootable media?

    I have a CD burner only in my SBS 2003 server machine. and Acronis won't run on that.
    Short of having to make 7 diskettes for the bootable floppy method, is it possible to make an ISO image so that this can be sent over to the server to make a CD?

    or perhaps someone out there has a better suggestion for me?
