    Hello

I try to create an emergency boot to save my file on a USB drive, Acronis will copy the file on the USB drive

but in the boot, I have a message saying the device is not bootable.

is what is making the USB bootable before using "create an emergency boot"?

    thank you very much

PS: Acronis true image home 2009 (last version)

Media Builder is supposed to create a bootable flashdrive. For some reason, it just doesn't work correctly on some systems and the MBR doesn't get updated. If the MBR is setup correctly, Media Builder leaves it alone (as is the case using Vista's Diskpart method).

Media Builder has never worked to create a bootable USB hard drive.
