Correct Product Key rejected at installation

    I've just purchased a 10-day licence for Paragon Partition Manager 12 Home, but the correct product key and Serial Number (copied & pasted from Cleverbridge's acknowledgement e-mail) are rejected at installation. Consequently I am not able to install.

    Any suggestions please?
