coolweb probs

coolweb hijacking program was downloaded onto my PC. I finally got rid of it by using adaware, search and destroy, and cws shredder. The problem is, that while the coolweb was on it prevented spyblaster working. Simple enough I thought, so I downloaded the latest version and re installed. This is the error message I get "This program has been damaged, possibly by a bad sector of the hard drive or a virus. Please reinstall it". I have tried fully un- installing and even installing to a different location, still the same error.
Any idea's.
