Coolshader and Bias Glue Sign

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this.

We have a problem with coolshader (opens a blank browser window even when the computer isnt being used and especially when we try to play City of Heros) and Bias Glue Sign (opens a blue "search" bar in browser windows, cannot be removed, deleted or disabled)

I ran adaware and hijackthis, here is the log:

Before you start, please move hijackthis.exe into a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
Now these would all end up on your desktop.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Download and run: http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe
Use the Fix button and follow the instructions you will receive.

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\PROGRAM FILES\WAVEST~1 <= entire folder that holds deafthird.dll
C:\PROGRAM FILES\FIND4B~1 <= entire folder that holds dalefacefour.exe
C:\WINDOWS\dl.exe

Then use the DiskCleanup Tool to empty all your Temp folders.
