You can use AMD's Power Monitor to see the actual throttling of CPU and FSB as well as CPU voltage.

You are welcome, make sure to have the latest versions, Power Monitor got an update yesterday, Cool N' Quiet as well got a update recently, I still feel AMD's driver does a far better job than Intel's Speed Step, I have recently upgraded to C2D from AMD dual core and feel that despite Intel's claim to a lower power CPU using smaller 65nm tech, AMD CPU runs cooler and uses less power while idling than Intel's, only at peak full load does Intel consume less than AMD.
