Cookie set via Google search

Hi,

I notice now and again I get cookies stored on my machine from sites after doing a google search - without visiting that site. What do you think?

Those are called third party cookies.

FF2 => set "network.cookie.cookieBehavior" to "1" (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Network.cookie.cookieBehavior)

FF1 => Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Cookies -> "Allow sites to accept cookies" and "for the originating site only"

Hi flinchlock, thanks for your reply, yeah I usually configure and check through the browser and re-checking I'm not accepting those cookies.
