context menu scan problem

    Hey guys have you ever noticed thiso_O
    When you select a folder or a file and scan it with ESS or Nod32 it will detect viruses but will not automatically clean them..Is there any other option that deletes threats automatically after finishing a context menu scan.

    I have tried it with eicar.com virus test file by placing it on my desktop and then right clicking on the file and scan with Eset smart security

    Did you actually choose "Clean with ESET Smart Security" from the context menu?
