Having enable the hijack browser feature, I keep getting warnings that IE has been changed and what would I like to do. I have to disable the feature or it drives me nuts.

Does this mean I have a virus?

    Thanks in advance o_O

It could be a sign that your system has a hijacker or some other spyware embedded on it, and those constant alerts are just a symptom of such a problem. But, it depends upon what is being alerted, of course.

If it is a spyware / hijacker infection then the usual advice is to get a detailed spyware analysis performed at a forum that provides that service. See the left side of this page for a list of forums, many of which have spyware / hijack analysis services.
