Console Connection to Snap Deployment Server

    Hi to All,

    I am facing problem with remote connection from console in windows xp to snap deployment server. I don't face any problem to connect using my account as windows domain admins. The problem is for technical support team, their account is not administrators level.

    On the document, to connect to deploy server at least should be Power Users or administrators group. Power users group is OK, but when I tried it, none of the support team can connect through their console. It will prompt for username & password. If i put them as local administrators, it works.

    What is the way to give them permission without making them as administrators? Power users group or backup operators is acceptable.
