Connection between Sysinternals & System Safety Monitor?

    Hi,

    Sorry if I'm posting this thread in the wrong category, given that this question is slightly off-topic.

    Anyways, I was wondering what the connection is between Sysinternals and System Safety Monitor?

    I remember somebody mentioning that the developer of Process Explorer was/is also responsible for SSM.

    I just wanted to clear up this confusion. o_O
