Confused Over Download Selections

After purchasing Paragon Drive Copy 11, I downloaded these files:

Paragon-204-PRE_WinInstallSNU_10.0.16.12846_000
Paragon-204-PRE_WinPERCD_10.0.16.12846_000

By file size alone I would think that by installing the second download I would be installing both Drive Copy *and* WinPE. Guessing work normally gets me in trouble though. If you could just let me know if I first install one then the other....or just the second, I would greatly appreciate it.

The first one is the application and the second one creates a bootable WinPE-based recovery disc.

 

Thanks greatly for the clarification. Silly of me, but I somehow expected the WinPE download to be staggeringly smaller than Drive Copy download.
