Conflict with VB6 and MS Access Apps

I just purchased and installed a copy of TrueImage for use on a data aquisition machine. The machine runs Windows 2000. The main application is a VB6 program that aquires data through a COM port and stores it in an MS Access database on the PC.

With TrueImage installed any time new data is received and an attempt is made to write it to the Access database the application crashes. When I uninstall TrueImage everything works just fine. The VB application is not new. It has been in use for about 2 years without problems.

Any suggestions on what the problem may be are appreciated.

i run a similar setup to yours and i have no issues at all. You may want to try installing TI first then access and any other applications on top.
