Conflict between Safeonline and Online Armor Premium

I can recreate the problem consistently with this test:
Set SOL to maximum. Opened IE8, googled "Barclays online banking" which is a direct https site. Clicked on link, let it open. Clicked back button (takes you back to the google search). Click home button to take me back to google. This results in an "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage message". No other webpages now work - browser needs to be shutdown and restarted. This is repeatable each time.

SOL needs to be set to medium in order to work.

 

Could you save a scan log within Prevx by clicking Tools > Save Scan Results and send it to us at report@prevxresearch.com? We'll take a look and see if there is anything that we can do to prevent this from happening within our database.
