Computer Slow - Requires Multiple Mouse Clicks

    Computer left on all night, DSL open. No Zone Alarm. Mouse requires multiple clicks. Mouse very erratic. Some programs won't start up. Tried Ad-Aware but super slow. Tried Stinger but super slow. HJT attached. Please check the log out to see if you can see any malware. Thank you.

    Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:
