Computer is not found E000807D5

    I have downloaded the trial software and installed it on a VMware machine to start testing.

    I was able to remote install the true image agent (secure zone and true image agent) but now I'm not able to connect to the remote machine (also a VMware machine)
    I get the error code above
    Can anyone help me out?

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software.

    The problem appears because you use virtual machine rather than physical one. We do not test Acronis software under VMware and cannot guarantee that anything will work normally under these conditions.
