Whenever I try to visit the link http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=answers&type=narrow&fac=CMS-CATEGORY-ESET-PRODUCT.ESET+Smart+Security&question_box=Automatically+restarts+the+computer&searchid=1287059486959 or other links on the site http://kb.eset.com my computer either gets hanged or it automatically restarts after the restart Windows Error Message gets displayed that "The system has recovered from a serious error" Send Error report.
Even I tried to visit in other browser also and even my computer has restarted suddenly while I was surfing some other site and when I again visited that site this time the computer was not restarted and worked fine.

But the link I have posted always force my computer to restart or hang.
Now I have uninstalled ESET Smart Security 4.2.64.12 and now I am able to access every link even the above link without any problems.

    My system : Intel Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz, 512 MB RAM
    Windows XP SP2 32 bit

Eset should not interfere with web browsing (especially with its own web site) under normal circumstances.. Are you sure your computer is clean? If not, check it with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and / or Hitman Pro.

After checking your comp for malware, check this link http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2289 to make sure you uninstalled ESET 4.x, reboot, and try re-installing.

A dump should be already created when the message "The system has recovered from a serious error" appears. Search for memory.dmp in the Windows folder and convey it to ESET customer care for perusal.
