Complaint about 9.0 purchase

    Having installed the trial version of True Image 9.x we decided to purchase an upgrade form 7.x. I purchsed form the Acronis site adn was expecting to have to enter my old license number or something to validate my ownership of the earlier product. All I get is a download url for the full product with NO mention of the procedure to change the trial version to the registered version. Took me almost an hour to realize that one cannot register the trial version but have to remove and re-install.

    Pretty poor way to treat the paying customers isnt it?
