Hi, i use win7 prof x64 with MSE & Comodo Free Firewall x64. I just tried the comodo leaktest suite and got bad results

Did i setup something wrong? Why i´m so vlunerable? :(

    thanks

@edit: i think i fixed it.. i did "its an faulty alarm" when i executed the leak-test-file.. that moved it to the "trusted list".. now i re-did the test and changed it to "ignore" .. results: 340/340

so far i love comodo free firewall :)

I personally do not rely on any leaktest made by any vendor. Why would they want you to realize you don't need their software? I rather find 3rd party tests more reliable. Why not try Shields Up! ?

...because Shields Up is not a leak test for starters.

Most of the leak tests in the Comodo suite are by 3rd parties, only 3 or 4 are their own design.

I like comodo too, but c'mon, don't you think they will at least be sure that their software successfully pass in their own tests??

It does, but if the user adds it to the Trusted files, you can't expect protection.

Even so, I scored 250 when I added it to the Trusted Files list on my machine.

Sorry wrong it's not about passing their own tests and making sure you do to look good.

The truth is, if you have the wrong setup then you don't pass and they show you on the forum which settings help to achieve the best security, that is all it is... ;)
