Comodo Internet Security and WIndows 8

In Comodo website is stated that CIS is compatible with XP/VISTA/7.

Is there any prevision of a date for a future release compatible with Windows 8?

Anyone already tried the current version in Windows 8?

 

Version6 will be compatible with windows8.
As for the current version im not too sure.

 

AFAIK Comodo 5.12 works with Win 8. You can get it from

Is's strange, because in this page: http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/free-internet-security.php

the system requirements are Windows 7 / Vista / XP SP2...

 

Because that's version 5.10 (5.12 was made specially made for Win 8 support).

Comodo 5.12 is released as a special version for Windows 8 users who can't wait until Comodo 6 is released (think of it like a compatibility update, nothing new).

Non-windows 8 users should this skip this version and upgrade to Comodo 6 instead once the latter is released.
