Those with the previous version of CF should download the CIS Premium 2025 installer and not the Pro.

The installation package is a bit different as it will remove certain files from the previous version, request a reboot, then proceed with the upgrade on system start.

They have no intentions of updating us beta folks to the final version do they? I hate that I have to manually uninstall reinstall. I think my dad is on the regular version, and his Comodo never got updated to 2025 either.

As the protection ability is the same, there really is no bonus for those without issues on Build 8012 to install the new build.

Personally I ALWAYS wait for the new version to be pushed out via the internal updater.

I was so happy and glad @cruelsister that you posted about the right one to download (Premium) since it is the one user's are able to install just Comodo FW. Seeing the Pro version vs Premium might be confusing for some, especially if they have not used it in a while. Like Me for one.

QUESTION: Your Cruel Comodo VIDEO is still valid for setting the proper preferences that you endorse?

I have beta version 8124. You are saying if it leave it, Comodo will eventually push the final version to me?

No- if you are running the previous released version (8012), best practice is to wait for the internal update. If you are running any beta version, then by all means update to the new (8152) version. Although this build will eventually be pushed out, if you are currently running the Beta it is better to update manually now.

Not really. Disabling a protection level then terming it a bug is actually sort of silly.
