I have been reading a lot fo great stuff about this firewall. The only questions I have left are:

    1. Do you notice any slow down in your machine with the resources it uses? I have read that it increases start up times and slightly slows down certain programs opening. To those that use it, do you notice this? Any decrease in perfromance on your machine?

    2. The trust toolbar that it adds, is that Spyware? Comodo cliams that it isn't and that it was labelled spyware by a rogue antispyware company.

    3. Is it as easy to learn and use and Zone Alarm free?

1.Comodo does increase startup for me.Programs do open a bit slower too.
2.Toolbar?I don't have a toolbar. You may be talking about Comodo Launch Pad.I disabled that part as it is another item in startup that I don't need.No spyware in Comodo afaik.
3.Yes I think it is easy to use.Comparable to ZA free in that aspect.

    Some observations.....
The Launch Pad is the only way to access the firewall that I know of so far.
That should be changed and resource usage could go down a lot too.
Comodo makes those changes and they have an excellent firewall IMO.

Firewall does not add any toolbars!
And no Trusttoolbar is not a spyware! In here http://forums.comodo.com/index.php/topic,113.0.html you can read third party Antispyware company reports and their apology letter for calling Trusttoolbar a spwyare by mistake (they were respectable enough to correct their mistake). And you can also read a nice PC World magazine article on Trusttoolbar.

I will let others answer the other questions.

I think this is still a work in progress. For me it used to much memory and slowed the computer down especially when browsing, so I reverted to Kerio which for me works better.

Some people are having install/uninstall problems and when I tried it I took a disk image so that I had something safe to go back to.

Have a look at the Comodo forum here
    for more info.
