Comodo firewall caused a windows ending session problem! Any1 know why?

I've a familial computer and I install some progs (SpywareTerminator, SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot S&D, Comodo firewall and AVG (soon will leave for Avast) and some times those progs ask questions that you must answer right for your system stability.

I don't know what I did wrong (cuz i'm not an expert) or my family did but since moment i've excpeting some problems with my Microsoft XP closing session (it ask me to close few programs manually like when a prog freeze and you must end it now). Windows asked me to close those process : KMW_run.exe (my mouse) Type32.exe, Keyboard, NET-BroadcastEventWindow (wich i've no idea what it is) AVGCC.exe(anti-virus) HelperMsgListenerWnd (no idea) and finally Explorer.exe...

I found that when I close Comodo firewall I can close windows normally!

Anyone know what i've answered wrong or else?
If I don't know how to correct that i'll just reinstall Comodo and try to find where I had the wrong answer (maybe i've blocked something wrong)

I ask it here cuz here are a lot of underground wild security programs testers with a so helful experience and answers!

I'm not exactly underground, nor expert, but the first thing I would check is if those programs were installed on an admin account.
When you get these errors, look in taskmanager to see where the cpu use is high. That will give a clue as to which application is causing the problem.
Don't worry about "system idle process", it normally runs near 100%. But anything else there up near 100?
Comodo in itself shouldn't affect Windows closing, unless it, or something else is causing conflict with other programs.

 

I'm not an expert, but you can check your event viewer and see if you have entries like these.

If so you may benefit from using uphcleaner from MS. It helps with some shutdown problems. I'm using it and I get the occasional entry indicating that it has helped cpf.exe end. More information and the download are here

Again, I'm not an expert, and your encouraged to wait for a second opinion, but this can help with shutdown issues. You can always uninstall it.

The answer is: Do not use programs you do not know how to properly configure. Do not do things without the ability to fully retrace or at the very least explain your steps. If you do not know what you did - no one else can.
