    How are they gonna be able to do this when we have POPUP blockers,spam blockers??

    I would think most of us wouldnt have to worry about this crap!!

    I already get ads targeted to my physical location. My ISP (Charter) shows my ip address as being located about 5 miles from my house so I get ads all the time for work at home and sexy singles, all with a nearby town inserted in the ad.
