Collection and Sharing of User Data by Internet Providers

tl;dr - Dramatic changes are likely this year, for Internet access in the US. ISPs and telecom providers will play much larger roles in the online ad industry. And the loss of net neutrality further strengthens their position vs content providers, including Google etc. And against users.
