WOT rating is poor...What kind of website you are pasted here...

But why the rating is so poor on WOT and Browser Defender ??

 

FYI, CMC Infosec's CEO - Mr. Trieu Tran Duc - was the author of Moon Secure AV (ClamAV-based), which was quite popular among open-source antivirus programs not long ago.

 

Because there are links to download malware samples for research purposes the site could be deemed 'unsafe' for inexperienced users.

 

Because this site discusses malware/rootkits at a specialists level. It also contains studies with samples. In short it provides means to hurt yourself when handled by someone with not enough skills. There are people who dry their pets in the microwave oven. WOT offers a platform to former pet owners to complain about the microwave. Browser Defender crawls the internet, assesses sites on what content it offers. According to these principles a narcotics lab of the police is as suspicious as the illegal drugs factory of a criminal syndicate or the city of Amsterdam (yep, we rebuilded Sodom and Gomorra and called it Amsterdam, one of the best places on earth, I can tell you from personal experience).
