Where do i find the CLSID # of a site to block it in spyware?
I don't know what they use. I was looking to block it with spyblaster. it said i needed the clsid number. it is not in their list.
how do i find out what they use?
If it's a known bad site, it should be on this list,
Thanks, are there numbers for websites?
I don't know what was put on, i just seen a website i don't want accessed. The kids are amazing at getting around parental controlls and content advisor!!
Could u tell us what the website is that u don't want acessed?
ok i checked out the list and still can't find any info for a search window on my desktop called, FIND IT! , by ureach, which i was able to find at email@example.com . i've written them to get removal info but lets say their attempts at geting back to me are not happening. there is not even a close X on the window. i would be happy to just block it
in spyblaster but i can't find theCLSID. there is no mention of this in spyblasters help index. what does CLSID stand for?
Hi snowbound, just a correction, the bholist is now maintained at CastleCops:
I didn't know that. Thanks for the clarification.
No worries, my pleasure. The change took place last year when TonyKlein moved over the CLSID list to CC.
